  • Directly responsible for the performance, maintenance, and administration of paging's outsourced order entry, billing, and customer service system. Duties included the identification and clarification of system requirements and the implementation of wireless information and management systems. Negotiated new contract for the system in 1999 resulting in savings of $1.4 Million annually.

  • Controlled the production and publishing of standard and ad hoc reports to run and grow business.

  • As part of the product management team for paging, I performed financial analysis of the paging customer base harvest. Other cross-functional accomplishments included product rollouts, wireline repositioning coordination, product pricing support, vendor management and financial analysis.

  • Audited, tracked and paid more than 700 vendor invoices totaling more than $25 million. Audits led to successful disputes of more than $3 million.
